Help Base was formed in July 1997 by Andrew Morrell, Managing Director.

We initially started out as an Access database developer after successfully developing a database to run all aspects of a commercial cleaning company with a staff of approximately 100.

As with many businesses Help Base evolved as it was requested to carry out other tasks by its customers; tasks such as networking and supplying of hardware and software.

Andrew’s background in service businesses and experience and knowledge in setting up end-user focused computers and networks has resulted in Help Base developing to what it is today.

We currently supply computer and network support to an ever growing loyal customer base who we believe are delighted in the service supplied to them. Customers range from small home offices to large corporate networks linked to other state offices of similar size. We provide onsite technical support, remote on-call support and an array of 24x7 available managed services including server hosting, remote data backup and internet services.

There is an ever increasing requirement to set up remote offices and users on the move with access to all their data whilst on the road or in the office.

Currently we have network support engineers for Microsoft and Linux servers, web page designers, application developers and web application developers.

Help Base typically supplies 95% of all our customers information technology purchases.
